The Rwandan team has to work
The Rwandan team has to work closely with the Rwanda Development Board - IT. It is not an easy task because the various staff in the departments which are responsible for traing and innovation are changed regularly. As a result new faces are met often and fresh contacts have to be made.
Any delays in executing some phases of projects can be due to the regular changes at the respective desks.
